Our exhibitors are a vital part of our event, and we hope you’ll join us this year. In the past, we’ve welcomed a diverse group of vendors to the main thoroughfare of Hurst Convention Center, from massage therapists and indie booksellers to jewelry makers and book editing services. Our attendees are your audience! Come be a part of the DFWCon experience.

To secure your vendor spot, you must fill out the application and make payment by Sept. 1, 2023.

Bronze

$150

Exhibitor fee includes:
• one six-foot table
• two chairs
• two credentials
• two meals per day
• exhibitor listings in printed and online material

• All Silver Vendor offerings
• one (1) credentialed vendor ticket to DFWCon*

*One of two credentialed vendors may attend any part of the DFWCon agenda at any time. Includes one (1) agent/editor pitch session. We ask that vendors staff a table throughout the event.
