COVID-19 Update: DFWCon cancelled; tickets can be refunded or deferred

In the interest of public health, we are cancelling this year’s DFWCon. It’s a disappointment, but the well-being of everyone involved comes first. There is simply not a high enough degree of certainty that large gatherings will be safe as early as June. We were looking forward to seeing all of you, and we know you were looking forward to seeing each other. But DFWCon will be back.

Our next conference is scheduled for June 12-13, 2021. We will have a registration page up for it soon. 

Refunds and deferrals: Tickets already purchased will be deferred to the 2021 event by default unless we receive a refund request from you. Please email us at info@dfwcon.org with the word “refund” in the subject line and we will process your refund as soon as possible. Your request should include your full name and the email address you used when you registered. Please allow up to two weeks for processing. You don’t need to do anything if you want to apply your registration to 2021.
